Jeep driving to Hushe. Acclimatization day.
Day 06
Hushe. Excursion to Alingglacier. Overnight in Hushe.
Day 07
Trekking Hushe – Saischo.
Day 08-10
Excursion to K7 base camp (4400m) trough mountain scenery, which only few people, have
ever seen.
Day 11-15
Trekking from Saischo 3600m over the Gondoghoro La 5700m the Vigne glacier to the camp of
Concordia 4650m. for the technical easy crossing of the pass we need crampons. Arriving
well prepared with a good degree of physical fitness will be helpful to feel easy while
walking at this altitude. The magnificent view from the pass let us forget all strains.
There is no other place from where
you can have such an incredible view of K2, Broad Peak, and Gasherbrum l – 6 Golden
Throne, Chogolisa and the entire upper Baltoro massive. The daily walk time is 4 – 7
hours. To avoid the High altitude sickness we climb every day about 300m. The highest camp
is on 5100m. A well- experienced cooking team will provide us healthy and powerful food.
Day 16-17
Rest or excursions from the camp of Concordia. If we are lucky with the weather, we stay
for one or two days at this unique beautiful place.
Day 18-23
While three days we are the guests of the Baltoro Glacier. On the way we go along the
Trango Towers, the Cathedral until we are reaching Askoli, a village at 3048m, where the
village people are living in a very simple way.
Day 24-25
Drive back by Jeep to Skardu. Flight to Islamabad.
